De IBERA TOP TUBE BAG IB-TB1 is een handige dubbele bovenbuis tas met een inhoud van 1.3 liter. De tas is gemaakt van nylon en weegt 160 gram. Het heeft een clip bevestiging aan de onderzijde met klittenband. De bovenzijde van de tas heeft een apart opbergvakje en wordt afgesloten met een rits en klittenband. De tas is voorzien van een regenhoes.
